Description
Austin Independent School District is conducting a continuous, multiple-award solicitation for qualified companies, organizations, and individuals to provide PreK-12 fine arts learning and creative experiences in schools and throughout the community. Services may include performances, exhibitions, workshops, classes, clinics, private lessons, instructional support, coaching, judging, choreography, music and marching-band design, dance instruction, theater production, audiovisual recording, artist residencies, teacher professional development, family workshops, and live or virtual educational resources and programs. Respondents must complete and submit the Vendor Application Form, including descriptions of services, experience, qualifications, capacity, evaluation methods, special-population capabilities, volunteer use, and not-to-exceed pricing. The response must also include at least three current client references and the required signed certifications and forms. Awards are performance-based and run from the date of award through June 30, 2029; there is no guaranteed minimum purchase or payment, and services may be ordered by individual campuses or departments through service agreements and purchase orders.
