Description
The Bremerton Housing Authority seeks a qualified firm for a master services agreement to manage properties added to its portfolio through acquisition or development. Services may include operating budgets, leasing and tenant administration, affordable-housing compliance, financial and rent reporting, staffing, maintenance oversight, emergency response, and capital planning. The agreement may also be used for acquisition due diligence and transition support, including lease-file audits, property inspections, onboarding plans, data migration, and tenant communications. Existing third-party management teams at two properties will remain in place. The anticipated contract term is three years, with two additional one-year extension options. Proposals must include a separate pricing attachment, a completed Form of Proposal and Profile of Firm, required licenses, and the requested management approach, financial information, staffing qualifications, past-performance information, and EEO policy. The Section 3 certification and subcontractor/joint-venture information are optional. The proposal is submitted electronically by email as one PDF, with pricing as a separate attachment.
