Description
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division, Keyport, is conducting market research regarding engineering, Integrated Product Support, logistics, technical data management, training systems, help desk and distance support, fleet engineering, information assurance, material obsolescence management, Commercial-Off-The-Shelf integration and supportability, configuration management, project management, system performance analysis, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and engineering changes for submarine sonar, combat systems, Navy training systems, integrated undersea warfare systems, and related surface and warfare systems. The Government is evaluating whether the requirement can be reliably priced, scheduled, and delivered under a firm-fixed-price level-of-effort structure. Respondents must address feasibility, execution and pricing approach, delivery and quality controls, and any pricing premium associated with increased contractor risk. Responses are limited to SeaPort-NxG prime contract holders and must include a corporate profile, capability assessment, and up to three relevant past-performance examples involving similar firm-fixed-price level-of-effort or hybrid work performed within the past five years. The response will inform acquisition strategy and future PWS/SOW development; it is not a solicitation and will not result in a task-order award.
