Description
Métis Nation British Columbia is seeking a qualified provider to manage the day-to-day operations of a 40-unit apartment building and a leased community-office house. Services include leasing and occupancy administration, tenant communications and support, rent collection and financial reporting, preventive and emergency maintenance, contractor coordination, inspections, safety and regulatory compliance, and culturally responsive resident engagement. The provider must maintain appropriate staffing, systems, records, and reporting, and support housing stability and the long-term preservation of the properties. The initial contract term is one year, with up to two additional one-year renewals at MNBC’s discretion, for a maximum term of three years. Proposals must include organizational experience and capacity, operational and service-delivery plans, financial management and reporting, Indigenous cultural competency and community partnerships, health and safety and risk management, and pricing. The proposal is limited to 20 pages, excluding appendices and specified supporting materials. Proof of insurance is required from the successful proponent before agreement execution, not as a mandatory submission-time attachment.
