Description
Monmouth County seeks consultants to provide psychological evaluation services in two groups: law enforcement and non-law enforcement. Services include pre-employment evaluations, fitness-for-duty and return-to-duty assessments, firearm fitness evaluations, reevaluations, file reviews, meetings, and SWAT team screening. The County may award separate contracts for the two groups. The consultant must explain its evaluation methods, complete assessments within three weeks of request, provide verbal results within 24 business hours and written results within three business days, and propose all-inclusive unit prices. The proposal must identify the anticipated evaluation location; telehealth may be proposed if its use is explained. Group 1 requires a New Jersey-licensed doctoral-level psychologist with a law-enforcement focus, and resumes must be submitted. The solicitation also requests current and prior contract references, including prior contracts from the past ten years. The contract period is January 1 through December 31, 2027.
