Description
The Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks is soliciting competitive bids for water system improvements at its Pratt Operations Office. The scope includes mobilization and demolition, earthwork, a concrete retaining wall, a public water system well extension, ADA concrete sidewalk, HDPE service lines, gate valve settings, connections to the existing water utility, interior and exterior electrical improvements, a culvert, a floor drain with French drain, seeding and erosion control, and construction staking. The solicitation also includes three bid alternates: a precast concrete chlorination building, a fiberglass chlorination building, and removal and replacement of the well pump. Bidders must submit pricing for the base bid and applicable alternates, along with the required bid forms, tax clearance certificate, bid guaranty, and other certifications. The successful bidder must provide required performance and public works bonds and proof of insurance after award, as applicable.
