Description
The Milton City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider a resolution extending the existing moratorium on applications for rezoning, land disturbance permits, building permits, special use permits, conditional use permits, business licenses, certificates of occupancy, and other permits related to the placement, siting, construction, establishment, expansion, or operation of data centers. The proposed extension is for up to 180 days to allow the City time to draft and adopt amendments to the Unified Development Code and City Code regarding data center regulation.
