Description
The City of Pismo Beach is soliciting proposals for 18 new multifunction copier/printer machines furnished and installed on a lease or rental basis for 60 months, commencing January 4, 2027. Required capabilities include network printing and scanning, scan-to-email, scan-to-file-server, faxing, duplexing, stapling, hole punching, automatic document feeding, multiple paper sizes, remote monitoring, usage reporting, and Energy Star certification. Two high-volume machines must include six paper trays, high-volume and bypass trays, and pamphlet-folding capabilities. The selected vendor must provide delivery, installation, network configuration assistance, operator training, guaranteed maintenance covering parts, labor, drums, toner, and related consumables, and service response within six work-hours. Proposals must include completed model-specific proposal forms, pricing and performance information, copy-quality samples, brochures, model references, and the required narrative proposal sections. Submissions must be made electronically through the City's PlanetBids e-procurement portal; email, fax, and hard-copy submissions will be rejected.
