Description
The Metropolitan Council is soliciting bids to replace the existing HVAC return fan at the East Metro Garage with two new Q-PAC fan array wall systems. The work includes demolition of existing equipment and structural supports; installation of new framing, sheet-metal components, electrical equipment, power distribution, controls, and related incidental work; programming and integration with the existing Building Automation System; and testing, balancing, commissioning, and closeout. The opportunity has a 7% Metropolitan Council Underutilized Business (MCUB) participation goal. Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN by the stated deadline, and bidders must be registered plan holders. A pre-bid meeting and site visit are scheduled for September 22, 2026; attendance is strongly encouraged but not stated as mandatory.
