Description
The City of Dallas is requesting qualifications from engineering and planning consultants to evaluate water, wastewater, stormwater, paving, and transportation infrastructure needs supporting future development and land use in the Martin Luther King Jr. Station Development Area. The scope includes infrastructure investigation and analysis, utility capacity, drainage and flood-model evaluation, transportation and paving recommendations, conceptual plans, cost estimates, technical memoranda, community and agency coordination, project management, quality control, and responses by a licensed professional engineer. The submission must include a qualifications package and the specified City and Business Enterprise Hub forms, uploaded as PDF files through the procurement portal. Required forms include the SBE Affidavit, Local Participation & Workforce Impact, SBE Utilization Plan, Engagement Score & Past Commitment Form, SBE Good Faith Effort Documentation Form, Prime Self-Performance Declaration, SBE Subcontractor Intent Form, and Acknowledgement of Addendum. The qualifications submission is limited to 40 pages and must include the required questionnaire, project experience, organizational information, approach, schedule, and resumes.
