Description
The Swansea Water District seeks a supplier to replace 32 microfiltration modules in an existing Pall Corporation Microza membrane filtration system at its desalination facility. The scope includes supplying direct-replacement modules, removing and disposing of glycerin or preservative, and providing the hardware and lubricant needed to change out the modules across two racks. The modules must meet specified capacity, dimensions, pressure, temperature, pH, NSF Standard 61, water-quality, and system-recovery requirements. The manufacturer must provide shop drawings, product literature, maintenance data, a 10-year prorated membrane warranty, installation supervision for at least two days, startup and testing services for at least two days, and operating protocols for flux-maintenance and clean-in-place operations. Products are to be supplied within 90 days after contract execution, with installation scheduled within 30 days of delivery or by an agreed date before April 2027.
