Description
The City of Lenexa is soliciting proposals for a maintenance contract covering the repair and maintenance of approximately 2,416 street lights purchased by the city from Kansas City Power and Light Company, now Evergy. Potential repair work on approximately 7,000 additional city-owned street lights installed to city specifications and operating on metered service is also included. The scope is outlined in Exhibit A, which will be incorporated into the final agreement, and a Street Light Maintenance Agreement is included for execution by the contractor and city. Each contractor must submit one electronic PDF copy of its submittal on a flash drive. The submittal must be clearly marked “Street Light Maintenance RFP.”
