Description
San Benito County is soliciting janitorial services for the public restrooms at Santana Ranch Park. The scope includes weekly or twice-weekly cleaning; monthly thorough wash-downs; disinfection and sanitation of restroom fixtures, surfaces, floors, doors, dispensers, and baby-changing stations; trash removal and disposal; restocking of contractor-provided cleaning materials and County-provided restroom consumables; facility security checks; and reporting of damage, vandalism, plumbing, lighting, and other maintenance issues. On-call, emergency, after-hours, deep-cleaning, special-event, and graffiti-removal services must also be priced where applicable. The contractor must provide the labor, supervision, equipment, tools, cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, transportation, disposal, and other materials necessary for performance. The proposal must include a cover letter, technical response, project approach, schedule, task and milestone approach, firm and team qualifications, up to three similar-service references from the past three years, a separate fee proposal, required certifications and declarations, and any requested contract exceptions. The proposed term is three years with up to two optional one-year extensions. Service must begin no later than 30 calendar days after the later of contract award or purchase-order issuance.
