Description
The New York City Police Department is soliciting a contractor to provide plumbing and fire suppression services at facilities in the Bronx for a five-year term beginning upon notice to proceed. The scope includes installation, repair, testing, maintenance, materials, equipment, and emergency response for plumbing and fire suppression systems. This procurement is exclusively for City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Businesses under the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board Rules. The total contract value, including change orders, overruns, amendments, renewals, and extensions, may not exceed $1,500,000. Responses must be submitted through the Manage Responses tab. An optional virtual pre-bid meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams.
