Description
Hernando County Fire Rescue is soliciting multiple vendors to supply and deliver a broad range of medical equipment, emergency medical supplies, and pharmaceuticals on an as-needed basis. The listed products include airway and respiratory equipment, defibrillator and ECG accessories, IV and injection supplies, trauma and wound-care products, patient transport equipment, diagnostic devices, emergency medications, controlled substances, and related consumables. Products must be new, latex-free, and not used or reconditioned; approved equivalents may be offered where permitted. This is an indefinite-quantity, non-exclusive requirements contract with no guaranteed minimum or maximum expenditure. Orders will be issued by purchase order, with standard deliveries due within two business days and non-stock products within ten business days. Pharmaceutical vendors must provide a current Florida RX Drug Wholesaler Distribution license and drug pedigrees with shipments. The solicitation permits pricing for one or all line items and anticipates multiple awards by line item.
