Description
The State of Wyoming, through the Wyoming Game and Fish Department, is soliciting a contractor to provide comprehensive catering services for conservation education camps, meetings, and events at Whiskey Mountain Conservation Camp. The contractor must provide nutritious, high-calorie meals with appropriate proteins, grains, fruits, vegetables, dairy, desserts at lunch and dinner, beverages, and occasional sack lunches for active camp participants. Meal quantities will be provided in advance and finalized approximately three days before each camp, with payment based on actual meals served and per-person breakfast, lunch, and dinner pricing. The scope also includes pre-camp and post-camp kitchen inspections, meal setup and cleanup, dishwashing, restocking dishware and utensils, cleaning dining areas, and compliance with Wyoming food-service rules. The proposal must include separate technical and cost proposals, including organizational experience, staff information for background checks, a project manager and resume, work and project-management plans, references, contract exceptions, pricing, and responses to camp-specific catering questions. The contract may be extended annually for a total period not to exceed three years.
