Description
Sheridan College seeks comprehensive management and operation of its Trafalgar 1 and Davis student residences. The scope includes onsite staffing and resident support; housing applications, leasing, payments, communications, and maintenance-request systems; day-to-day property operations, housekeeping, preventive maintenance, and contractor oversight; marketing, occupancy, and tenant retention; and financial administration, budgeting, and regular operational reporting. Services also include student life programming, conflict and complaint management, safety and security coordination, emergency response, and sustainability initiatives. The RFP requests detailed experience and reference information, operational, student life, safety and security, and financial management plans, and pricing. The contract term is five years, with up to two one-year extensions.
