Description
Roswell Park seeks a hosted software-as-a-service platform for content management, workflow, collaboration, review, and approval. Required capabilities include brand and campaign management, content publishing and lifecycle management, a centralized searchable repository, metadata and version control, project management, workflow automation, stakeholder collaboration, and reporting. The solution must support HIPAA-regulated use where applicable and include security features such as encryption, multifactor authentication, single sign-on, role-based access, audit logging, disaster recovery, and business continuity. The vendor must provide licensing, implementation and project management, configuration, migration of existing content and workflows, user and administrator training, maintenance, upgrades, technical support, and transition assistance. Proposals must address the RFP’s functional, security, privacy, implementation, pricing, and governance questions; include pricing based on 25 users and at least three healthcare references, including one relevant to PHI; and provide supporting security documentation, a list of subprocessors, and the required forms and contract documents. A sample certificate of insurance is required with the proposal. The contract has a three-year initial term with two successive one-year renewal options.
