Description
The Buffalo & Erie County Public Library seeks hosted Voice over IP (VoIP) local and long-distance telephone service for approximately 100 lines across 36 locations. The contractor must provide the cloud-hosted virtual PBX as a SaaS product, equipment, configuration, support, and a dedicated data line for VoIP traffic. The scope includes transitioning existing service from Spectrum, porting current telephone numbers, and maintaining service without interruption during library open hours. Implementation must be complete by January 31, 2027. Proposals must include fixed pricing for one-time implementation and hardware costs and recurring monthly services, along with company information, a service and technical design description, and an implementation plan and migration timeline. The initial term is 12 months from contract signature, with up to five additional one-year options. Insurance is required before work begins and must meet the attached library and county requirements.
