Description
The City of Cocoa is soliciting bids for comprehensive rehabilitation of a single-family residence at 404 Churchill Drive in Cocoa, Florida, through the State Housing Initiatives Partnership program. The selected contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and supervision required to complete the work in accordance with the solicitation specifications.
