Description
Oakwood Independent School District is soliciting bids for the construction of a new multi-purpose facility as part of the 2026 Bond program. The project includes approximately 22,000 square feet of campus improvements, new construction, and site work. The facility will house a gymnasium, locker rooms, restrooms, and storage. The contract will be governed by AIA Document A201-2017 General Conditions of the Contract for Construction, with modifications specific to this project. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for proper execution and completion of the work, including compliance with prevailing wage requirements, criminal history background checks for covered employees, and various insurance and bonding requirements.
