Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Fisher Scientific Company LLC, identified as the sole authorized original equipment manufacturer source, for reagents and consumables associated with the Phadia 250 instrument. The instrument is already owned by the Fayetteville VA Medical Center, and the requirement is intended to avoid duplication of cost, delay, and interruption to patient care. Businesses that believe they can provide the required items may submit written notice with supporting evidence demonstrating their capability. Responses must include the company name and address, point of contact and phone number, SAM Unique Entity ID, a capabilities statement, and past performance. No solicitation documents are available, and telephone requests will not be accepted.
