Description
Ogden City Corporation is seeking a qualified commercial property management firm to provide comprehensive services for the Salomon Center. The scope includes property management, leasing, tenant relations, financial administration, and coordination of facility maintenance. The selected firm will support the transition from the current master-lease management structure to new City-approved tenant leases administered through a City-directed commercial property management structure. An optional, non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting and facility tour is scheduled for October 6, 2026. Sealed proposals are due October 20, 2026, by 11:00 AM.
