Description
The Florida Department of Health is soliciting bids for landscaping services at eight facilities in Hillsborough County, Florida. The scope of work includes weekly mowing, edging, trimming, pruning of shrubs and trees, weed control, herbicide application, irrigation system maintenance, and retention basin maintenance. Services must be performed between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding state holidays. The contractor must possess a valid Florida Driver's License and a Pesticide Applicator Certification. The contract is anticipated to be for a three-year period, with three one-year renewal options. A mandatory site visit is required for all eight locations on August 19, 2026.
