NASA's Shared Services Center requires replacement lamps for a G2V Solar Simulator and intends to award the requirement on a sole-source basis to G2V Optics Inc. under FAR 12.102(a). The notice states that G2V Optics Inc. is the sole provider of the replacement lamps. The attached Statement of Work also describes provision of a Sunbrick Solar Simulator Kit covering 400–1500 nm, including a Boosted CE Kit and Sunbrick vertical stand, compatible with an existing test stand for an NESC-sponsored photooxidation test campaign. Interested organizations may submit written capabilities and qualifications; quotes will not be evaluated as responses to this notice.
