Description
The Fitchburg Housing Authority is soliciting sealed bids for site reconstruction and egress improvements at a housing property. The project includes removal of existing pavement, concrete, brick, wood retaining walls, wood egress stairs, metal railings, and trees. New work includes exterior site egress stairs from building doors to the public way, pavement improvements, concrete sidewalks, and stamped concrete as an alternate. Work must be phased to maintain building access.
