Description
The City of Milwaukee Department of Public Works is soliciting sealed bids for the combined sewer main relay project identified as Specific Official Notice No. 88-2026. Bids must include the required bid affidavits, including affidavits of no interest, and comply with the Contractor Code of Conduct and prevailing-wage requirements. Bids are due by October 19, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. and will be publicly opened and read remotely. Electronic submission through Bid Express is strongly encouraged; the notice also references manual bid submission procedures. The solicitation documents and addenda are available through the Department of Public Works bidding documents site.
