Description
The City of Milwaukee is soliciting one direct-to-garment printer with a bundle for the Milwaukee Fire Department. The required package includes a garment plate and hanger, 800 ml ink packs for each color, maintenance liquid, grip pads and tool, power cord, ink water bottle, tubing and holder, a printer maintenance kit, and a user guide. The specified system must support the listed operating systems and interfaces, use five-color Ultrachrome DG2 ink optimized for cotton through 50/50 polyester blends, and provide up to 1,200 × 1,200 dpi resolution. Bidders must offer equipment meeting or exceeding the specification, provide descriptive literature identifying the make, model, and manufacturer rating, and list at least three users with one year of experience using the brand, including contact information. Bidders must be experienced with the specified equipment and authorized distributors for the brand offered. The bid must include a warranty statement, and the successful bidder is responsible for warranty claims, repairs, labor, and transportation. Delivery is required to the Milwaukee Fire Department facility identified in the solicitation.
