The Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide preliminary engineering services for biogas upgrades. The required submission includes a transmittal letter, project manager and key personnel information, firm and team qualifications, project approach, schedule, level-of-effort spreadsheet without costs, SBE participation information, local office preference information, resumes, Certification of Non-Discrimination (Attachment B), EEO Data Form (Attachment C), and a compensation proposal using Attachment D with costs.
