Description
The Port Authority Trans-Hudson Corporation intends to establish a sole-source, three-year requirements contract with Siemens Mobility Inc. for PA-5 railcar compact inverter units as part of a repair-and-exchange program for propulsion systems. The requested materials include central processing units, LON interface components, startup units, and SIBAS blowers, and must be compatible with existing parts and systems for the unit-exchange program. Firms that believe they can compete must email a brief statement of intent to compete by October 26, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. This notice does not guarantee that respondents will be invited to submit an offer or that a solicitation will be issued.
