Description
Utah Transit Authority is soliciting materials needed to overhaul and update the Tec Tran motor truck and center truck hydraulic power units installed on Siemens S70 light rail vehicles. The opportunity is an open invitation for bids for supply of the required overhaul materials. The submission requires completion of an online bid table and upload of the completed cost sheet. Vendors must also provide company, representative, tax, business-structure, conflict-of-interest, debarment, tax-lien, sanctions, licensing, telecommunications-equipment, forced-labor, and related certification information. If applicable, a vendor must upload an explanatory statement concerning debarment, suspension, tax liens, conflicts, or responsiveness issues; an external employment form is required if the vendor is a State of Utah employee.
