Description
The Toronto Police Service is seeking a vendor to supply and deliver assorted tires. The selected vendor must have relevant product knowledge and the capacity to meet the required scope, quality, schedule, and cost objectives. The contract will have a one-year base term and four separate one-year option periods. The buyer may permit other public bodies and the Police Cooperative Purchasing Group to purchase under the resulting contract if the successful bidder agrees to extend its pricing, terms, and conditions. Quotations must be submitted electronically through the MERX Electronic Bid Submission System.
