Description
This solicitation is for a Master Agreement for General Construction Services, primarily for repair and maintenance projects. The City of Lincoln, Lancaster County, and the Public Building Commission are seeking to establish a pool of qualified contractors. These master agreements will cover individual projects ranging from $0 to $50,000. Contracts will be awarded to qualified contractors based on their qualifications, references, interest, and ability to provide bonding and insurance as required by various thresholds. Projects will be bid out via email using the approved contractor pool. Pricing will be obtained for each project by departments to ensure the best pricing available. Contractors will be responsible for maintaining existing functions and utilities at construction sites and protecting the public, employees, and buildings from damage. Daily cleanup of waste materials and debris is also required. Contractors must adhere to the City of Lincoln Standard Specifications for Municipal Construction, unless otherwise specified by the department.
