Description
The Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority seeks a firm to provide ongoing maintenance and as-needed support for the getDowntown Program website. The work must preserve the website’s current functionality and attributes while supporting updates and future growth. The program promotes alternative commuting, including bus use, walking, and bicycling, through commuter resources and gamification incentives. The authority intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to one firm for a 15-month base term, with two one-year options. No minimum amount of work is guaranteed.
