Description
The California Exposition & State Fair is soliciting bids for short-term rental of various office trailers, roll-off offices, roll-off containers, ADA ramps, and air purifiers for the annual California State Fair. Required services include delivery, setup, breakdown, pickup, stair setup and removal, maintenance, repairs, and emergency replacement. Equipment must be in good working order, and ADA ramps must comply with the stated accessibility specifications. The agreement covers annual fair operations from August 15 through October 15, with a term through October 15, 2030. Bidders must have an operating facility within 100 miles of Cal Expo and must provide pricing for the listed equipment and services. The solicitation includes a Small Business Preference and requests three similar references completed within the last five years. General liability, workers’ compensation, property, and automobile liability insurance requirements apply.
