Description
Belton Independent School District (the "District") invites qualified companies to submit proposals for trailers and related equipment and services. Purchases will be made on an as-needed basis, with an estimated annual value of over $50,000. The contract will be effective from November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2027, with four (4) automatic one-year renewal options. This is a negotiated procurement, and the District reserves the right to negotiate terms, conditions, or pricing with proposers prior to award. The District also reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals and to award contracts as it deems advantageous.
