Description
This Sources Sought/RFI requests information on vendors capable of providing non-tactical vehicle rentals for the Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Center mission. The requirement includes three 7–8-passenger vans and two all-wheel-drive pickup trucks for the Big Island training location, plus six 15-passenger vans for Oahu. The stated performance period is October 6 through November 25, 2026, although the notice description separately lists September 30 as the Oahu start date. Vehicles must meet applicable commercial safety standards and include necessary roadside-assistance tools and equipment, commercial-standard insurance coverage, replacement vehicles when rentals become inoperable through no fault of the Government, and road service during normal workday hours. The Government will provide licensed drivers and handle vehicle pickup and return at the specified island locations. Respondents may address the full requirement or only a portion and should provide estimated pricing, including delivery, pickup, and required fees.
