Description
The State of Hawaii Enterprise Technology Services is soliciting professional mold remediation and surface decontamination services for a basement office suite. The scope includes containment; double-pass HEPA vacuuming of approximately 1,095 square feet of walls and ceilings and 422 square feet of flooring; surface sanitization; antimicrobial treatment; HEPA negative-air scrubbers for eight days; industrial dehumidifiers rated at 110–159 PPD for five days; and exterior HVAC ductwork and grille/vent cleaning. The contractor must also provide post-remediation verification, including air and surface testing at a minimum of three locations with analysis by an AIHA-accredited laboratory, as well as mobilization and travel to Kauai, including airfare, vehicle rental, per diem, and equipment transport or shipping. The attached package includes the terms and conditions, vendor instructions, scope of work and specifications, and a priority laboratory report.
