Description
The City of Palo Alto is seeking quotes from goods and materials providers for a one-time purchase and delivery of 22 line items for electric utility inventory. The requested parts include transformer and bushing covers, grounding rods, non-concrete box lids and extensions, washers, clamps, extension links, insulators, photoelectric controls, fiber, copper and aluminum wire and cable, connectors, cartridges, sleeves, tap wells, fuses, and cable ties. Quantities range from individual units to 10,000 feet, and delivery is required FOB Palo Alto, freight prepaid. Bidders must quote every identified line item through the City's electronic procurement system and provide unit pricing, totals, lead times, and manufacturer information. Alternate products may be proposed only with the required manufacturer part number and data sheet; alternates without data sheets will not be evaluated. The bidder must also complete the electronic Bidder's Questionnaire, provide applicable item information and specifications, and submit a completed W-9. Insurance coverage is required upon award, including workers' compensation, employer's liability, general liability, and automobile liability; professional liability is not required.
