Description
Goodbuy Purchasing Cooperative is establishing one or more catalog and hourly-rate contracts for electrical hardware, supplies, control systems, equipment, and related services. Vendors must provide catalog titles or URLs, applicable discounts from list price, and hourly or per-job rates for services offered. A catalog or price list is mandatory for consideration, and vendors may bid on individual items or services. The resulting contract is scheduled to run from March 1, 2027, through February 28, 2028, with a possible mutually agreed one-year renewal. The solicitation requires online completion of bid attributes and submission of specified forms and certifications, including a W-9, regional service map, EDGAR Vendor Certification Form, Form 1295 documentation, construction-related advisory, DEI Policy, and the bid response. A $50 nonrefundable administrative fee is required, and awarded vendors must pay a 2% participation fee on member sales. The solicitation also requires vendors to identify manufacturers, brands, and models where applicable, maintain product availability, and comply with delivery, warranty, safety, and product-quality requirements.
