Description
South Plains College is soliciting proposals for a standalone, technology-enabled wellness pod that provides students and employees with private access to guided wellness, stress management, personal development, and career and life coaching resources. The solution must integrate physical privacy, technology, artificial intelligence, and guided wellness/coaching content into a self-contained user experience. The successful contractor must provide a complete operational solution, including all hardware, software, equipment, technology, delivery, installation, configuration, implementation, and related services. The pod must function as a standalone unit without requiring a dedicated room or permanent construction. Proposals are evaluated primarily on three-year initial cost, costs beginning in year four, and delivery and implementation time.
