Description
Chester Water Authority is soliciting construction bids to replace air release valves and associated chambers at multiple points on its arterial transmission mains. Work includes demolishing and disposing of existing chambers, installing new precast concrete chambers and air release valve assemblies, and restoring disturbed roadway, sidewalk, and other site areas. The project also includes soft-dig utility test pits, possible corporation-stop repairs, and related excavation, backfill, traffic control, and pavement restoration.
