Submission Instructions
Description
The Roscommon County Road Commission is soliciting sealed bids for one new compact excavator. Specifications are available from the Commission by contacting its office or calling the listed telephone number. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Compact Excavator” in the lower-left corner. The Commission reserves the right to reject bids, waive irregularities and specification details, and accept the bid it determines to be in its best interest.
