Description
The Department of Human Services (DHS) is seeking a contractor to provide and install 14 new pharmacy refrigerators for the Norristown State Hospital (NSH) pharmacy department. These refrigerators will be used for medication storage throughout the NSH campus, located at 1001 Sterigere Street, Norristown, Pennsylvania 19401. The specific make and model required is the iPR105-GXi.Series, with options for left or right swing doors. Each refrigerator must meet specific dimensions (24" W x 31.5" H x 26.7" D), be NSF/ANSI 456 Vaccine Storage Certified, and include an internal lockbox drawer. They must also feature a solid ballast thermal buffer, adjustable temperature control between 2-8degC, automatic defrost, adjustable shelves, and an alarm for temperature deviations. The contractor will also provide an undercounter pedestal for each unit (24" W x 17.5" H x 24" D). Installation coordination with the NSH maintenance department is required. Warranties must include seven years for the compressor and powertrain, two years for parts, and one year for labor.
