Description
The City seeks contractors to remove existing water meters, make necessary plumbing modifications, and install new AMI-compatible meters at assigned residential and commercial locations. Work includes valve replacements, threaded-to-flange conversions, minor plumbing changes, and supplying and installing miscellaneous fittings, connections, and other materials. Meter sizes range from 5/8 inch through 2 inches; the City will coordinate the availability of meters and AMI equipment, while contractors provide labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and other required materials unless supplied by the City.
