Description
The City seeks a primary managed IT services provider to support its municipal and public safety technology environment. Required services include at least 20 onsite support hours per week, remote help desk support, network, server, cloud, endpoint, email, and software support; cybersecurity monitoring and incident-response assistance; backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity support; vendor coordination; user onboarding and offboarding; and after-hours and emergency support appropriate for public safety operations. The contractor must maintain asset, software, network, access, backup, security, ticket, and vendor documentation and provide regular operational, cybersecurity, backup, help desk, and budget-related reports. Proposals must address staffing and continuity, response times, public safety compliance, transition-in and transition-out planning, service-level reporting, and total compensation using the provided Exhibit B format. The initial service term is scheduled to begin January 1, 2027, with a possible total term of up to five years, subject to negotiation, annual appropriation, and City approval.
