Description
The Wyoming Department of Health, Behavioral Health Division, seeks a contractor to provide technical assistance for Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH). The work includes developing streamlined referral pathways for mental health and substance use treatment in rural environments; creating structured follow-up and ongoing support protocols for PATH-eligible clients; consulting with three current PATH subrecipients; and incorporating specified agency topics and best practices. Deliverables include one comprehensive training document, one live virtual training, one separately recorded training, and a standardized procedure guide for follow-up and support. The contractor must provide final materials in Microsoft Word and PDF formats, plus a video copy of the training, and support up to three agency reviews. Proposals must include technical and cost proposals, relevant experience and references, a project work plan, staffing information, delay procedures, contract exceptions, work samples, and a budget. The estimated funding is $10,152, and the project has finalization and training deadlines in July and August 2027.
