Description
The City of Detroit Water and Sewerage Department is soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery of CP-5 modified bituminous patch material in accordance with DWSD Specification WCW-23. The updated pricing form identifies an estimated quantity of 4,600 tons for Year 2, delivered by truck in minimum 40-ton loads. Pricing must be all-inclusive of shipping, delivery, materials, transportation, and equipment. DWSD may award the lowest lump sum or lowest price per line item and reserves the right to award one or multiple contracts. Bidders must complete and submit the pricing form, acknowledge Addenda Nos. 1 and 2, and provide the other required proposal forms, affidavits, tax clearances, insurance materials, and past-performance references identified in the solicitation package. Addendum No. 2 states that DWSD is accepting bids for truckload tons only at this time.
