Description
The City of Rancho Cordova is seeking a contractor for the 2026 ADA Sidewalk Improvement Project at various locations within the city. The work includes ADA sidewalk improvements, concrete curb and gutter, drainage improvements, and other incidental construction work. Contractors must understand Caltrans Standard Plans and Specifications and applicable state, federal, county, and city standards. The estimated construction cost is $320,000, with an anticipated duration of 65 working days. The project includes federal-aid construction requirements, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation and good-faith-effort documentation, Buy America requirements, quality assurance and materials testing, prevailing wages, performance and payment bonds, and applicable nondiscrimination provisions. Bids, bid documents, questions, and addenda are handled through the online procurement portal.
