Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive parking garage maintenance services for two facilities at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS) in New Orleans, LA: Building #4 Staff Parking Garage and Building #5 Patient Parking Garage. The services include mechanical sweeping, pressure washing, parking striping, trash and debris removal, and structural member inspection and minor maintenance. The goal is to ensure a clean, safe, and functional environment for veterans, visitors, and staff. The contract is anticipated to have a base period from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027, with two one-year option periods.
